Why Me?
I’m a parent to a wonderful 4-year-old, and my journey into parenting (like many) has been shaped by real-life experience. Co-parenting, separation, and navigating changing family dynamics have given me a deep understanding of how closely sleep and emotional wellbeing are connected.
I support families with children aged 6 months to 5 years, helping you move from exhausted and overwhelmed to calm, confident, and well-rested.
Sleep in the early years isn’t just about nights, it’s about how your child feels, behaves, and copes during the day. This becomes even more important during times of change, such as separation, moving between two homes, or adjusting to a blended family.
I understand that:
Children can respond very differently to each parent
Sleep can look different in each household
Consistency isn’t always straightforward
And you’re often trying to support your child while navigating your own changes too
That’s why my approach is gentle, realistic, and tailored entirely to your family—not a one-size-fits-all plan.
Sleep is hard when life is changing. I help you navigate the early years with gentle, realistic support that fits your family, not a perfect routine.

Co-Parenting & Two-Home Sleep Support
Practical, realistic strategies that work across different households, and different dynamic, while still supporting your child’s sense of security.
ADAPTED CONSULTATIONS & FLEXIBLE SUPPORT
Every family is different, and sometimes standard approaches don’t reflect real life.
I offer adapted consultations and flexible support options for families navigating co-parenting, separation, or blended family dynamics.
This support can include:
Adjusting sleep strategies for two-home arrangements
Working with different parenting styles while maintaining consistency for your child
Simplifying routines so they are realistic in any environment
Flexible follow-up support based on your needs and pace
Flexible support in the introductory stages (I know not all parents have the same availability)
The focus is always on what works in your reality, not perfection or identical routines in every home.
MY APPROACH
I don’t believe in rigid routines or quick fixes.
Instead, I focus on:
Supporting your child’s emotional wellbeing alongside sleep
Creating realistic routines that fit your family life
Understanding the “why” behind sleep challenges
Helping you feel confident rather than overwhelmed
Because better sleep isn’t just about rest, it’s about helping your child feel secure, settled, and supported, whatever your family structure looks like.
You don’t have to navigate this alone.
Whether you’re struggling with night waking, nap transitions, or sleep challenges linked to family change, I’m here to help.
